• Here at Dragon House Fitness and Defense our self-defense classes integrate all forms of martial arts. It is important in today's world that everyone can protect themselves in all areas. Our self-defense classes will integrate: Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Filipino Kali all in to one class. This class is designed specifically for the safety of our community in Green Acres.

Muay Thai is a martial arts that focuses primarily on self-defense. Muay Thai utilizes elbows and knees and is a high striking martial arts! Did we mention it is a great workout? While attending out Muay Thai class students will learn how to strike, while getting their sweat on! Did we mention you will be smiling and having fun as well?

Here at Dragon House Defense and Fitness we have a special Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program for our students. We believe that it is important for students to defend themselves no matter what happens. While taekwondo teaches students to defend themselves standing up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches students to defend themselves on the ground. Students will be able to learn how to do techniques and escapes to make sure they are well rounded marital artists.
